Majority of India is vegetarian and there are plenty of choices when it comes to eating vegan and gluten free. In this class we'll show how to create protein rich meals.
You will learn to balance the flavours by combining the spices and herbs which will produce amazing food using simple everyday ingredients. You will have plenty of opportunity to ask questions during the class, as you will have an added benefit of having the teacher guiding and explaining the procedure with you throughout the class.
We will give you a general introduction to the spices being used. You will then start cooking under the expert tuition of MasterChef 2014 Quarter Finalist Rani; learning everything you need to know to enable you to create an authentic Indian meal, classes include all ingredients, utensils, aprons for the class, recipes and information on the use of herbs and spices. You will taste the food as we go and will also be given the sample of the food that you have created during the lesson enough for two people and hopefully the skills to last you a lifetime.
Recipes, apron for the use in the class, containers for the food to takeaway enough for 2 people will be also provided.
