We recently conducted a mini survey of our readers, Facebook and twitter followers and asked, do you like oysters? There was a resounding 60/40 win in favour of the humble oyster, so when there's an R in the month, you'll hear us cry shucks away as we open our little oyster bar aptly names Ecaillage ( to shuck) on Saturday lunchtimes. Wether you want to stop and enjoy half a dozen oysters and a few bubbles or you want to try an oyster with our special Bloody Mary vodka or Bloody cocktail of the week, there will be something for you.
We'll be serving up our oysters with a variety of different sauces and condiments including our very own Sriracha sauce. If eating raw oysters isn't your thing then we'll be grilling some too on our charcoal grill and even smoking some using our hot smoker. In the meantime we're swatting up on all things oyster so we can bring the best of the best to you. If you love our mussels then just wait till you taste the oysters from Veasey and Sons. To. Die. For.

- A dozen smoked oysters served with homemade chipotle sauce.
We'll be serving our fabulous creamy house fizz together or if you fancy something different we'll be serving our amazing Bloody Mary cocktails or our Bloody cocktail of the week. A glass of fizz/ or bottle of stout is included in the price.
