What is Cambodian food?
Fragrant salted fish (prahok) features prominently throughout Cambodian cuisine, as well as the use of different curry pastes (kroeung) made from lemongrass, galanghal, turmeric, kaffir lime leaves, garlic and chilli.
Each plate presents a unique flavour - sour, bitter, sweet, salty - with a full meal combining into a wonderful balance of flavours which is unique to Cambodian cuisine.
Mekong Mama Cambodian Popup Restaurant is the only place to experience real, authentic Cambodian food in London!
