f you are on a meat free diet or simply want to learn some new ways to use vegetables, this is the right course for you as it packed with seasonal recipes you can use for a quick supper or for a 3 course meal. The menu will change with the seasons to allow Katie to cook colourful and imaginative Italian dishes such as aubergine and mint fritters and ‘gnocchi nudi‘ (light dumplings of spinach & ricotta) in a butter and sage sauce.
