This course has been created with the budding teenager chef in mind, it is aimed at children aged 13yrs - 16yrs, who love to cook and would like to learn more. We have set aside some very special days to teach young teens cookery skills and tips which we hope they will find not only useful but also inspiring. The days will consist of a combination of short demonstrations, hands-on cooking and lots of tasting. All dishes are Italian and using seasonal produce, they may include recipes such as poussin stuffed with grapes, spinach and ricotta ravioli in a tomato sauce and pannacotta with a berry coulis. Lunch is included along with dishes to take home.
