If you’ve been bitten by the baking bug and want to up your game, sign up now to get the low-down on becoming a baking superstar. Our course shows you all you need to make stellar cakes, as well as plunging into the science of baking.
Our cake-making odyssey begins by creating a show-stopping classic sponge, the basis for all great cakes. Our chef will then show you how to make and work with butter icing, before moving on to creating three classic cakes you’ll make again and again. By the end of the course you’ll also be proficient in basic cake decoration, meaning your bakes could grace the top cake catwalks.
We promise you’ll get messy, get skills and get cake confidence. What’s more, everything you create on the day is yours to devour!

LOCATION: Studio 8, 6 Hornsey Street, The Islington Studios, London N78GR.
We are a 2 minutes walk from Holloway Tube station (2 stops from Kings Cross), 10 minutes walk from Highbury and Islington station and 7 minutes walk from Calendonian station.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: We will provide everything you need for the class including aprons, all ingredients and packaging if you wish to take away the dishes you have prepared. Please allow at least 30 minutes to feast on your creations in our dining room afterwards.
CLASS SIZE: Our classes usually have less than 8 guests. If the class has more than 8 guests, there will be additional chefs on hand to lead the class. The maximum guests per class is 15.
