Mexican street food

Rating: 8

Jadzia Denselow attended in January 2015, reviewed on 26 January 2015

Having just got back from a holiday in Mexico, we weren't sure how authentic the food we cooked was, but that hardly mattered as we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and learned so many cooking techniques, especially the knife skills. Andrew was really fabulous, enthusiastic and engaging. He answered everyone's questions and shared lots of chefie tips. The post-cooking lunch was great fun, as everyone had bonded as a result of the shared experience.
I don't know if it would have worked so well if we'd been a huge group though.
Well done and thank you.
