The Mexican street food craze is sweeping the country, taking all who surrender to it on a bold culinary adventure guaranteed to thrill the senses. Short, sharp bursts of clean & varied flavours define it, and Mexican street food is perfect for gatherings of friends & family where you want the food to be relaxed, tasty and satisfying.
On this entertaining course, you’ll get hands-on with the Mexican way and learn in easy steps how to build a platter of Mexico’s most popular street food bites. You’ll make hand-pressed, fresh corn tortillas from scratch - never buy from the supermarket again!
You’ll also improve your knife skills, as well as cooking using traditional Mexican cooking methods including adding a healthy slug of tequila to the mix. And what would those tortillas be without some fresh and delicious Mexican dips to match?
