Do you love cheese and want to unravel its secrets? Baffled by the artisan counter and want to know more? Then come along to our premier Cheese Masterclass where its mysteries will be disclosed and its various tastes exposed.

At our masterclass, you’ll spend 2 hours tasting incredible handmade, artisan cheeses and have exclusive access to a professional cheesemonger who will be your personal advisor. You’ll learn how to confidently order cheese with a guide to countries and styles as well as being shown how to cut and store cheeses from around the globe. Furthermore, you’ll leave knowing how to put together and arrange a spectacular cheeseboard that will wow your friends & family.

Most importantly our masterclass will unzip the world of cheese highlighting the six major styles available, with tastings and a handy guide for you to take away. Our tasting also includes samples of beer and sparkling wine that are perfect cheese matches.

This class will be run by Robbyn Linden, a cheese specialist from Eat The Rind. She regularly attends cheese festivals, trade shows and tastings to ensure her knowledge is up-to-date. In her 'free time', she often travels the British countryside to meet artisan cheesemakers and interview them for 'Eat The Rind', a podcast dedicated to cheese and the things that go with it.

Excellent class in a great setting

Rating: 9

I organised a private session of this class for 25 people as part of my "anti-stag do" to celebrate my impending nuptials. Jennifer was very helpful in suggesting ways to make the event a success and organised everything for me.

The studio is conveniently close to Holloway Road tube station and is very nicely setup with a large, light and airy room decorated with all sorts of food stuff.

The class itself was very interesting and this has a lot to do with Robbyn who is not just passionate about cheese but an excellent speaker. The class was very well structured with an introduction to each cheese, its history, how it should be paired and then finally the tasting itself. Sprinkled between the talks were practical tips on what to look out for when shopping for cheese yourself. Suffice to say the cheeses themselves were excellent.

All my guests had nothing but praise for the way the event was setup so a big thanks to both Jennifer and Robbyn. Highly recommended.
