The French know food and more than that, they created some of the best desserts around. This course is a sweet celebration of all things Gallic because if you want to impress your guests, nothing says it like beautifully crafted pastry and rich chocolate.
This is an introduction to classic French desserts and basic pastries. You will be creating four sumptuous desserts, learning and mastering different techniques and skills under the watchful eye of head chef Andrew. Think delicious French classics like pear tatin, strawberry mille-feuille and chocolate fondant.
At the end of the course you’ll get a chance to taste everything that’s been created, before heading home to try out your new recipes on family and friends.

LOCATION: Studio 8, 6 Hornsey Street, The Islington Studios, London N78GR.
We are a 2 minutes walk from Holloway Tube station (2 stops from Kings Cross), 10 minutes walk from Highbury and Islington station and 7 minutes walk from Calendonian station.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: We will provide everything you need for the class including aprons, all ingredients and packaging if you wish to take away the dishes you have prepared. Please allow at least 30 minutes to feast on your creations in our dining room afterwards.
CLASS SIZE: Our classes usually have less than 8 guests. If the class has more than 8 guests, there will be additional chefs on hand to lead the class. The maximum guests per class is 15.
