Chris Pickett is dishing up traditional British food with a splash of science. 

With a background in Michelin Star restaurants, Chris loves to experiment with all things food. Now we're letting him loose on his very own event to tingle your tastebuds and shed new light on familiar favourites. 

Come along and tuck into the very best of British produce as we explore how the latest cooking techniques enhance and celebrate the food you love.

Brought to you by the chefs of the William Morris Gallery's Long Table, our inaugural feast will be at The William Morris Bar in Walthamstow.


On the menu:

Shepherd’s Pie, Mature Cheddar Froth
Confit Lamb Shoulder Tart, Wholegrain Mustard Creamed Potatoes, Swede Fondant and Honey Glazed Chantanay Carrots 

Rhubarb & Custard
Baked Vanilla Bean Custard, Rhubarb Compote, Rhubarb Shards, Spiced Mixed Nut Crumble 

Selection of English Cheeses, Homemade Chutney and Wafers 
(Optional on the evening, supplement £5)
