Update 2: To mark our final Long Table of the summer on August 21, the lovely fellows and local boys of WildCard Brewery will be coming by to tell you all a little about their fantastic beer, which we're also featuring on the menu!
Following the great reception for the first set of Long Table dining events Just Hospitality have added another four dates.
The Tea Room is taking advantage of the William Morris Gallery's gorgeous, glass-roofed orangery extension to serve up some two course delights re-starting this Spring. These will celebrate Morris' ethos of sharing, beauty and community, as well as his passion for artisanal techniques.
Sit at the Long Table each month as chef Chris Pickett serves up meticulously prepared treats using the best of modern techniques and where taste is king. We'll also showcase a different microbrewer each month so you can wash down all that lovely food in style and enjoy the gallery as part of an open viewing.

August 21st Menu
Main- Crispy duck ballotine, warm carrot, puy lentil & summer herb salad, honey roasted nuts & seeds
Dessert -Plum and blackberry jelly, mini blackberry jam tart, pistachios, and a thyme rapeseed oil
London Craft Beer - Wild Card Brewery (Walthamstow): Jack of Clubs ruby beer, Queen of Diamonds hopped IPA

Main - Fillet of plaice, wild rice, sorrel and lemon wrapped in puff pastry, buttered cavolo nero and broad beans, herb dressing
Dessert - Cherry bakewell tart, cherry gel, blossom honey mousse

Main - Seared fillet of wild sea trout, warm summer vegetable garden salad of asparagus, peas, slow roasted heritage tomatoes, new potatoes, watercress, lemon and chervil dressing
Dessert - Strawberry tartlet, jelly and gel, chocolate crumble, chocolate mint

March 20th menu:
Main - Crispy lamb breast, purple sprouting broccoli, roasted celeriac, wild garlic puree, warm lamb vinaigrette
Dessert - Rhubarb, pecan and buttermilk pudding, clotted cream and granola crumble
