In Honour of Guerra de Independencia de México YaDa Chef is bringing you Small Plates BIG Flavours! Don't miss your chance to try this collaborative mouthwatering 10 course Tapas Style tasting menu. Following their success in Florida and Cannes with PopUp SupClubs, Chefs Joseph Yacino and Bryan Hernandez Daniel will prepare authentic Mexican dishes with recipes passed down from family and gathered on their Mexican travels using local vendors and suppliers. No TexMex allowed in their kitchen!
To make it even better a "flight of cocktail tasters" that compliment each dish will be available from the fully stocked bar.
YaDa Chef will be teaming up with top mixologists from House of Tippler to create a fun drinking experience to complement the food, using a range of premium Tequila/ Mezcal and much more.
