Italy has some of the world's finest dishes, the dishes are simple, amazing quality and expresses the mediterranean. I cooked Italian food everyday for the first 7 years in europe, always sourcing my ingredients from the unknown local grocers in the small Italian communities dotted about London.

I want to make a fusion of creole and italian to freshen up things this March. Please don't get confuse thinking this is any Italian you have tried before.

5 Courses @ £33 (includes a glass of italian fine wine)

STARTERS

Caribbean Minestrone
(a slow cooked caribbean vegetable soup top with parmesan)

Langoustines & Organic Papaya Salad
(sea fresh langoustines w exotic leaves and a papaya dressing)

Fegato E Fig
(goose liver with fig served with a mango relish)

MAIN

Monk Fish & Fennel Risotto
(risotto cooked with ocean-fresh monk fish and shaved fennel)

DESSERT

Panna Cotta w Passion Fruit Sauce
(fresh panna cotta with a rich homemade passion fruit sauce)
