As the NY opens and we are all having our resolutions of eating healthy, here is one good reason to keep up the regime.

STARTERS
Cod & Pumpkin Fritters
-fresh cod and pumpkin mix pan fried-

King Scallops & Prawns Fruit Salad
-fresh shellfish with fruits and avocado, olive oil and herbs-

MAIN
Jerked Lamb Chops & Red Sweet Potato Mash
-- grills lamb chops bast with my fruity jerk seasoning served with a delicious sweet potato mash and homemade gravy--

DESSERT
Papaya Cream & Cassis Liquor

Vegetarian option available on request.

I source my ingredients fresh from farmers markets, organic stores and London's quality suppliers. The meat is free range from Ginger Pig and Clerkenwell and fish I use is fresh from Billingsgate Fish Market or Direct from Cornwall.

This event is BYOB.
