hosted by Cooking with Mama
Taste the flavours of São Paulo's 'nova cozinha brasileira' in Cooking with Mama’s first supper club cooking class experience.
Let Roberta, our Brazilian Mama, take you on a culinary tour of Brazil, demonstrating and teaching dishes that she grew up cooking in her home.
We will begin our tour with dishes from the northeast, followed by a feast of feijoada, the Brazilian national dish, and a delicious local dessert. You will be welcomed with a caldinho de feijao (black bean amuse bouche) and complimentary freshly made caipirinhas.
Feel like cooking? You can get involved in the cooking process of selected dishes (*) if you want. If not, do not worry, we will provide take-home recipe cards so you can recreate your Brazilian experience at home.
