Duck Confit - A Proper Sunday Lunch
In a slight departure from a classic British roast, I spent much of last year traveling the globe with the wonderful Ainsley Harriott for his new series 'Ainsley Harriott's Street Food'. The six part Sunday 17th May at 8pm on More4 and here's a taster of what's in store.
In the meantime, the next supperclub on Sunday 7th June will be Duck Confit! with Potato Dauphinoise and Tiramisu to follow up. To see the full menu check out the website.
