This tropical summer feast is all about welcoming summer in the form of food, from the kitchens of India.

Welcome drink & canape
Welcome drink: Jaipur sunset (a mango Mimosa of sorts with the quintessential Chaiiparty twist)
Canape: Kamsin Kali (curried chicken mousse on a crispy base, inspired by the chaats of North India)
(Vegetarian option: curried sweet potato and spicy chickpea on a crispy base)
Prawn idhar udhar: traditional coastal Andhra prawns loaded on to soft brioche buns and served with homemade coleslaw
(Vegetarian option: mushrooms cooked with Andhra spices served with brioche buns and coleslaw)
Cocktail idlis: dunk these soft, fluffy South Indian steamed rice cakes in sambar, a dal soup of sorts. (V)
Teekha chicken wings: hot wings served with our signature spiced mayo. We bet you cant stop at one.
(Vegetarian option: masaledar gobi roast- cauliflower florets tossed in Indian spices and served with spiced mayo)
Couscous upma salad: the traditional South Indian upma gets a western makeover (V)
Kerala pork pepper fry served with fragrant lemon rice and pappad
(Vegetarian option: Mini aubergines served with lemon rice and pappad)
Anaar-dana baraf ka gola: ruby red pomegranate sorbet
Rasmalai trifle: a Chaiparty special fusing an Indian classic, the rasmalai, with a British summer classic, the trifle pudding.
