Get an exclusive taste of brand new recipes EVERY SATURDAY at 12pm and explore Caribbean food in a way you never have.
Each Saturday Vanessa will cook a taster feast around a tropical ingredient from starter to dessert, bringing the best flavours from her native island alongside a feature drink (alcoholic or not).
The taster menu is revealed on the day so the mystery is intact!
The only thing we ask: You give your honest foodie opinion and rate each recipe. So you get to eat a delicious meal and play the food critic.
Seats are limited to 4 every Saturday and you get to enter Vanessa's kitchen and discover her latest creations.
