I had a blast! easy to follow recipes in a relaxed atmosphere and with a nice staff!
I discovered new ingredients and a very different style of cooking. I even wish there were 1 or 2 more recipes or chopping, it was too short!
I will definitely try the roulade in cling film and remember to use more salt cod, plantain and pineapple at home.
