Starters: Saltfish Salad, Stuffed crab or Breadfruit croquettes
Mains: Chicken colombo with Sweet potato and plantain gratin, Creole Casserole, Breadfruit gratin, coconut and nutmeg spinach or a fish stew
Desserts: Flambé Plantains, Rum mango and pineapple, coconut tiramisu or papaya crumble
