All the dishes cooked (especially the saltfish cocktail and the creole cassoulet) were delicious! The desert (the cinnamon syrup over the oven-baked pineapple) was gorgeous!
There was such plenty of things to eat that I was not able to eat everything!

The teachers were personable, relaxed and friendly. The food was amazing. I had never seen that method of stuffing and cooking chicken and I can't wait to discover of Caribbean dishes, fish maybe?! The menu is definitely added to my repertoire now.
I had a blast! easy to follow recipes in a relaxed atmosphere and with a nice staff!
I discovered new ingredients and a very different style of cooking. I even wish there were 1 or 2 more recipes or chopping, it was too short!
I will definitely try the roulade in cling film and remember to use more salt cod, plantain and pineapple at home.
