The Art of Ruinart – A Decadent Dinner with the Oldest Champagne House
Ruinart champagne and Bourne & Hollingsworth Buildings invite you to join us for a truly magical evening, with cuisine from Chef Adam Gray paired with wines from the oldest Champagne house, which will take part in the decadent atmosphere of the Greenhouse at Bourne & Hollingworth Buildings.
The Dom Ruinart range, named for the spiritual father of the House, represents the prestige cuvées of the house. Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is a Grand Cru Chardonnay, predominantly from the Côte des Blancs (70%) and the remainder from the Montagne de Reims. The five course menu, designed by Executive Chef Adam Gray, has been expertly crafted to bring out the best in the five rare Ruinart expressions.
Over a five-course banquet guests will experience some of the finest dishes and wines in existence, we’ll travel from the founding of the Maison in 1729 through to today, where Ruinart is prized amongst connoisseurs the world over.
